Product Introduction:

This product is a white small granule or powder formed by copolymerization of cationic monomers (DM, DMC, CPF, DMDAAC, DMAEMA, etc.) and acrylamide through granulation, drying, and crushing. Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) is a linear high-molecular-weight compound that contains various active groups, allowing it to have affinity and adsorption capabilities with many substances through hydrogen bonding. It is mainly used for flocculation of colloids with negative charges and has functions such as clarification, decolorization, adsorption, and adhesion. It is suitable for the treatment of high-concentration wastewater in industries such as dyeing, papermaking, food, construction, metallurgy, ore dressing, coal powder, oil fields, aquatic processing, and fermentation. It is particularly suitable for the dewatering treatment of urban wastewater, urban sludge, papermaking sludge, and other industrial sludge.

Sludge Dewatering:

The appropriate product model can be selected based on the characteristics of the sludge. It can effectively perform gravity sludge dewatering before the sludge enters the press filter. During the dewatering process, large flocs are generated, which do not stick to the filter cloth, do not disperse during filtration, require a small dosage, have high dewatering efficiency, and result in low cake moisture content.

Treatment of Sewage and Organic Wastewater:

This product exhibits cationic characteristics in acidic or alkaline media, making it highly effective for flocculation, precipitation, and clarification of wastewater containing suspended particles with negative charges. Examples include wastewater from alcohol factories, breweries, monosodium glutamate factories, sugar factories, meat processing plants, beverage factories, and textile printing and dyeing factories. The use of cationic polyacrylamide is several times or tens of times more effective than using anionic polyacrylamide, nonionic polyacrylamide, or inorganic salts because these types of wastewater generally have negative charges.

Coagulant for Water Treatment in Water Plants:

This product has the characteristics of low dosage, good effect, and low cost, especially when used in combination with inorganic coagulants, the effect is even better.

Chemicals for Oil Fields:

Examples include clay anti-swelling agents and thickening agents for acidizing in oil fields.

Papermaking Additives:

It can be used as a dry strength agent, retention aid, and filter aid for paper, greatly improving the quality of the paper, saving costs, and increasing the production capacity of paper mills. It can directly form electrostatic bridges with inorganic salt ions, fibers, and other organic high-molecular-weight substances to enhance the physical strength of the paper, reduce the loss of fibers or fillers, accelerate filtration, and provide enhancement, retention, and filtration assistance. It can also be used for whitewater treatment and exhibits significant flocculation effects during deinking processes.

Additionally, this product is also an efficient dispersant.

Packaging, Storage, and Precautions:

It is packaged in 25 kg lined plastic woven bags or paper-plastic composite bags, and can also be packaged according to user requirements. During storage and transportation, attention should be paid to heat and moisture prevention, preventing package damage. Long-term exposure of the powdered product may cause moisture absorption and agglomeration. The stacking height should not exceed 20 layers. The effective storage period is 2 years.
