Reverse Osmosis Membrane Antiscalant

Product Introduction:

This product is a highly efficient reverse osmosis antiscalant/dispersant that decomposes into orthophosphates through the high-temperature decomposition of various organic compounds. It is compatible with a wide range of water sources and effectively controls scaling caused by carbonate, sulfate, silicate, phosphate, and iron oxide precipitates in membrane separation devices. It has excellent compatibility and dispersing ability for organic matter in water, making it particularly suitable for surface water with high COD levels. The use of this antiscalant extends the cleaning cycle of the system, prolongs the life of membrane elements, and reduces operating costs.

Product Features:

1. Compatible with organic coagulants, disinfectants, reducing agents, and chlorine-containing raw water.

2. Effectively controls scaling caused by carbonate, silicate, sulfate, strontium sulfate, and barium sulfate.

3. Controls CaCO3 at LSL ≤ 3.0.

4. Suitable for all reverse osmosis membranes.

5. Applicable pH range of influent water: 5-9.

6. Recommended dosage: 3-8 ppm, depending on water quality.

Physical Properties:

Appearance: Clear, transparent, light amber liquid

Density: 1.20±0.02

pH Value: 1.5±0.05

Freezing Point: -15℃

Viscosity: 2.7 CPS (25℃)

Product Application:

The dosage of the product should be calculated based on the specifications of the reverse osmosis membrane, water production, control conditions, raw water composition, and hardness. It is generally diluted 10 times and then dosed with a metering pump. The best injection point is at the water supply pipeline or before the high-pressure pump, ensuring thorough mixing with the feed water. For accurate dosage, it is recommended to consult the agent or service provider.
