Corrosion Inhibitor for Acidizing

Product Introduction:

During acidizing operations and acid washing in oil and gas wells, the acid solution has a strong corrosive effect on equipment. The corrosive effect increases significantly with the concentration of the acid, temperature, and pressure. Selecting an appropriate corrosion inhibitor according to the process conditions is crucial to ensure smooth and safe operations. This product is a concentrated solution composed primarily of self-produced composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salts, along with a certain amount of synergists and surfactants. It only needs to be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:4 for use. It exhibits good dispersibility in hydrochloric acid and mud acid media and provides effective corrosion inhibition and protection in highly concentrated hydrochloric acid, mud acid, and other organic acid environments. It has a wide acid range of applicability and is suitable for acid washing pipeline operations. This product is suitable for controlling equipment corrosion in oil well acidizing and fracturing processes.
